Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads, increase brand visibility, and maximize ROI across various online channels. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of real estate marketing strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in performance marketing
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to generate leads, increase website traffic, and drive conversions for real estate properties.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign setup, budget allocation, ad creative development, and performance tracking.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights for campaign optimization.
- Utilize digital advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to launch targeted campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign data and metrics to generate actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Monitor campaign budgets, performance metrics, and ROI to ensure alignment with predefined KPIs and budgetary constraints.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling content, landing pages, and marketing collateral optimized for conversion and lead generation

Job Requirements:
Academic Qualification | Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field |
Relevant Experience | Proven experience (5+ years) in performance marketing, preferably within the real estate industry |
Technical Skills | - Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel) to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
