Position Overview
Person is responsible for handling Internal Audit of all financial reports, processes, SOPs, Assets, etc. for Noida Region for current and upcoming project. Consolidation of Key findings of Internal Audit conducted (Monthly / Quarterly, Annually) and sharing the key findings with Executive Office and ensuring the risk mitigation plan with cost effective measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure and consolidation of Internal Audits and share the key findings with Executive Office.
- Evaluation of adequacy of Internal Controls in different Segments of Company and Reporting to Executive Office regarding deviations and recommending required Improvements and follow-up thereupon.
- Preparations and Critical Appraisal for Company Operations like Compliance Audit at Various Project Sites with respect to applicable Labour Laws.
- Checking of Flow of Processes for Purchase, Sales and Marketing and other functions in the Noida Region.
- To Conduct and to participate in carrying out Internal Audits and Investigations as per requirement ensuring the adequacy and effectiveness of Risk Management
- Preparation and providing assistance in preparation of Annual Audit Plan, identification of Areas to be covered in Audit Plan
- To Handle Cost Verification of Cost Plus Contracts awarded to Contractors by visiting at Projects and preparation of Cost Verification Reports.
- To handle asset verification of all sites.
- Detailed Scrutiny of all Ledgers of the Contractor from their Accounting Modules like Citrix with respect to all the applicable Laws such as VAT, Service Tax Scheme and applicability on Individual Projects etc as per Works Contract Act as per Cost
- Plus Contracts entered with Contractors.
- Collaborate with HODs ,/ Brokers / Vendors and other professionals to conclude audots
Desired Skillset
- Qualification: Qualified CA
- Proven experience as an Internal Auditor in Real Estate or similar sales role with minimum 10+ yrs of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with legal and financial aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
